  I usually prefer to keep my business local but this bank will rob you blind. The first week of December 2017 there was "an error in the system that caused transactions to double post." Good thing I was paying attention to my account because the bank sure wasn't. A month later I was robbed by their archaic ATM machine. I suppose it's my own fault for trying to save a tree and skipping the deposit envelope. I trusted people at a bank know how to count and I was wrong. I guess that's how they stay in business..taking advantage of people who don't use deposit envelopes. Locals, do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else..that is if you want to keep your money in a safe and trustworthy institution.

  Outstanding! Captain Sheri is awesome! Our extended family took a 1/2 day tour (1pm-5pm), first-time experience for grandparents, and we all loved it! Friendly, informative, nice boat, and we got to see plenty of dolphins! We found a few dolphins in the harbour near Key West, got a nice view of the port, city, cruise ships, etc...then she took us out about 2-3 miles and we found a group of 7-8 dolphins. We just cruised along with them for about 15-20 minutes as the swam next to the boat, under the boat, etc.....they were so close. It was absolutely great! We had plenty of drinks (water, tea, soda) and snacks were provided. She even took us for a short snorkel stop. The water was a bit cloudy so this wasn't great, but not her fault, there had been bad weather for several days before our trip. When we got back to the docks we used the passes she had given us to visit the harbour club and use their pool and showers to clean up before dinner. One of the best experiences of our trip! Definitely worth the extra money to have a private tour. Positives: Friendly and thoughtful captain, close-up experience with dolphins, nice boat, snacks, beverages, and nice snorkel gear provided. Negatives: Her dog (Maya) was recovering from surgery and couldn't join us! Hope she's fully recovered now!

  The dolphin watching part of the tour was nice but the snorkeling didn't go so well. People interested in this tour should bring their own snorkeling gear as Wild about Dolphins' snorkeling equipment is inadequate. The snorkeling flippers I received were way too large for me, so that each time I kicked the flipper would rub against the top of my toes. After a while my skin rubbed off and even now a week later I'm missing skin on the top of my toes. This threw a wrench into the rest of my vacation as I had trouble walking and it was no longer possible for me to go to the beach. Also the snorkeling tube I received had no dry guard or purge valve so it was really easy to accidentally get sea water in the snorkel tube. There were also prescription snorkel masks available. I should have figured it out sooner but they were labelled incorrectly with + being labelled as - and vice versa, so I ended up getting a mask that worked against my vision rather than help it.

  Great tour, very informative captain. He was also great with my dog, who stayed on the boat while I went snorkeling. And the snack afterwards was much appreciated!!
